How to track my package?

Nadotoy.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status.

The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number.

Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

How can I return an item?

We honor returns for any factory sealed item(s) if they are returned within 7 days of the delivered date. You will be refunded your order amount minus the shipping cost to get the item to you ,return shipping cost is responsible for buyer. Please check all purchases as you receive them for errors as they will need to be reported within the 7 days.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped out of our warehouse in.

Factory defective items can be exchanged for the same item only, if the item is still in production otherwise no exchange is possible. Minor paint blemishes or excess do not count as defects as it is prevalent on most manufactured toys. If you choose to return an item when a fix or replacement is available, you will be refunded your order amount minus shipping costs and will be responsible for return shipping as we in good faith shipped out and fulfilled the order and also have a replacement available to fix the problem.

Anyone attempting to return an item not purchased from Nadotoy.com in place of an item purchased at Nadotoy.com or switching out figures will be denied and banned from purchasing in the future. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. Customer service must be contacted before returning any items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we receive the returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Nadotoy.com will replenish the products that are out of stock, and we will conduct pre-sales before the products are replenished. Customers can make reservations by submitting a deposit in advance. Where can I ship my order?

For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped around 2-4 business days after payment received(We need to transfer items from our ware house to the international shipping center which gonna take around 2 days).
